Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Master Wong (ranked 2033 p4p, 89 weight class) and Ray Stuckey (ranked 1841 p4p, 82 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Master Wong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ray Stuckey!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stuckey swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Wong.
Wong has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Stuckey tries to land a front kick but Wong steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Wong feinted with a counter takedown.

Wong closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stuckey to the mat! Stuckey manages to get full guard.
Wong prevents Stuckey from getting back to his feet.
Stuckey is trying to control the position but Wong postures up.
Stuckey pulls Wong in to control the position.
Wong trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Wong wants to control from the top but Stuckey keeps moving.
Wong prevents Stuckey from getting back to his feet.
Wong tries to free his leg and advance position but Stuckey is retaining full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stuckey utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Wong moves out of range as Stuckey strikes.
Stuckey connects with a solid leg kick.
Stuckey throws out a loose jab but Wong uses good head movement to avoid it.

Stuckey scoring well with a low kick there.

Wong shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Stuckey manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Wong tries to free his leg and advance position but Stuckey is retaining full guard.

Stuckey is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Wong is pushing down on Stuckey's leg trying to pass to half guard. Stuckey is fighting to maintain full guard but Wong has managed to sneak the leg through.

Wong is keen to just control but Stuckey is a slippery customer.

Stuckey avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Wong.
Stuckey is concentrating on defense, preventing Wong from advancing position.
Wong stalling.
Wong trying to control from half guard but Stuckey is working away.
Wong looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Stuckey with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wong winds up and cracks Stuckey with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Wong not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Ground and pound from Wong.
Stuckey tries to kick Wong off but Wong keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Wong has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Stuckey is trying to get back to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stuckey is staying active underneath Wong, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Wong with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Wong decides to stand and escape the position.
Stuckey lands a slapping body shot.
Wong fails to land the takedown.
Stuckey moves in looking to clinch but Wong pushes him off.
Stuckey tries a head kick but it misses.
Stuckey misses with a low kick.
Wong throws a big counter combination but Stuckey scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Stuckey bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Stuckey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wong swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Wong goes for a double leg but Stuckey avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Stuckey continues to drive forward.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Stuckey takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Stuckey thumps Wong with a low kick.
Stuckey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wong takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Stuckey lands a jab to Wong's midsection.
Stuckey throws a hook to the side of Wong's head but Wong sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Stuckey misses the shot to the body.
Wong is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Stuckey.
Stuckey with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stuckey is looking to score with low kicks.
Stuckey slaps away a takedown attempt from Wong, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Master Wong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stuckey connects with an inside leg kick.
Stuckey turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Wong bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wong wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stuckey keeps working.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Ray Stuckey will probably get the nod.
That's time! Wong's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Wong drives through and clinches with Stuckey against the cage.
Stuckey prevents a takedown attempt there.
Stuckey misses with a punch on the inside.
A head punch on the inside from Stuckey fails to land.
Stuckey fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Wong tries to pull guard but Stuckey won't allow it.
Stuckey misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Stuckey leaning his opponent against the cage.
Wong has Stuckey pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Stuckey manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Master Wong. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Stuckey lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Wong or not.

Stuckey misses with a punch to the body.
Stuckey throws a knee to the head but misses.

Stuckey has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Wong seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Stuckey can turn it around.
Stuckey works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Stuckey presses Wong against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wong dodges an elbow strike from Stuckey.
Stuckey misses with the head strike.
Stuckey lands a left hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stuckey swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Stuckey pushes Wong back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Stuckey tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Wong tries to circle away but Stuckey has him pinned against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Stuckey.
Stuckey lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Stuckey breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Stuckey throws a jab but it's blocked by Wong.
Stuckey with a nice cross.
Stuckey lands with a good body shot.
Stuckey throws out a loose jab but Wong uses good head movement to avoid it.
Stuckey cracks Wong with a right hand to the side of the head.
Stuckey throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wong on the side of the head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stuckey scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Stuckey connects with a body shot.
Stuckey swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wong counters with a head kick. That will keep Stuckey thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Stuckey lands a nice shot that snaps Wong's head back.


Wong is rocked!
Stuckey is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Wong flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Wong is out cold! Stuckey holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ray Stuckey!
As Ray Stuckey got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: C'mon Gamma quit feeding me zombies gimme an opponent with a fuckin heartbeat.'.
