The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Legend feints and as Herring raises his hands in defense, Legend changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Legend seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Legend is fighting to break Herring's control of his arms but Herring is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Legend forces his way into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Legend is controlling the pace.

Herring is trying to maintain the position but Legend is very close to passing his half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Legend works his way into side control.
Legend moves into full mount!

Herring reaches up and pulls Legend towards him, trying to control the position. Legend manages to get a guillotine from the mount though! This could be big trouble for Herring! Herring tries to roll over - now Legend is on the bottom but the guillotine is really deep and Herring has to tap out! Great work there by Legend!
