The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez tries a head kick but it misses.
Ramirez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Ramirez tries to sprawl but Mogensen drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Ramirez kicks Mogensen off and gets back to his feet.
Mogensen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ramirez sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mogensen somewhat.

Mogensen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Mogensen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ramirez as he jumps to the side.
Mogensen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And Ramirez counters with a quick kick to the body but Mogensen blocks it.
Mogensen throws a head kick but Ramirez moves out of range.
Francisco Ramirez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Ramirez scores with a head kick. Mogensen tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Ramirez closes the distance and pushes Mogensen back into the cage.
Mogensen is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Francisco Ramirez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Flemming Mogensen.

Mogensen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ramirez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Mogensen has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Ramirez is defending well but eventually Mogensen manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Ramirez has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
