The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bourne pushes Mir up against the cage in a clinch.
Bourne jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mir walks away with a smile on his face. Bourne gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Bourne fails with the takedown.
Bourne tries to clinch but Mir moves out of range.
No luck for Bourne with that takedown attempt.
Frank Mir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Bourne.
Bourne lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Mir sprawling to the canvas. Bourne follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Mir hang on?

It looks like Frank Mir has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bourne scores with a big shot! Mir's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Mir! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
