Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Officer Friendly (ranked 6062 p4p, 534 weight class) and Bryan Galloway (ranked 4848 p4p, 466 weight class). Bryan Galloway will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Friendly takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Galloway has Friendly pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Galloway pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Friendly tumbling to the mat - Galloway dives into Friendly's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Galloway stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Friendly swivels though and keeps the full guard.
