And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meechum scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Meechum has his takedown stuffed

and Killa counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Killa.
Meechum tries to pull guard but Killa won't allow it.

Meechum breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Killa with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Meechum falls off balance throwing a combination
and Meechum takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Danny Meechum has been cut.
Meechum shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Killa defends it nicely.
Killa was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Stone Cold Killa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danny Meechum.
Meechum tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Killa swivels and escapes.

Meechum fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Killa, pushing him back against the cage.

Killa pushes Meechum back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Meechum can't get the takedown.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Killa just misses with a elbow thrown towards Meechum's brow.
Killa makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Killa lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Killa.
Killa lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Killa is stalling here.
Meechum tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Killa smiles and moves away.

Meechum has Killa up against the cage in a clinch.

Killa lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Meechum is rocked!
Killa throws a big uppercut that drops Meechum! More strikes from Killa and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Meechum lies dazed against the cage as Killa celebrates with his cornermen!
