The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Deschencko there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Deschencko throws a sloppy head kick and Trifonov moves out of range easily.
Deschencko connects with a high kick.
Deschencko misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Deschencko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A good leg kick by Trifonov.
Trifonov throws a head kick but Deschencko moves out of range.
Trifonov takes a kick to the side of the head.

Trifonov moves into the clinch.
Deschencko tries to circle away but Trifonov has him pinned against the cage.

Trifonov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Trifonov takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Trifonov avoids a punch combination nicely.

Trifonov takes a swing at Deschencko's ribcage but misses.
Deschencko goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Trifonov swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Deschencko thows a body kick. Trifonov tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Deschencko lands a nice looking body kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Deschencko. That's going to slow Trifonov down.
Deschencko misses with a two punch combination.
As Deschencko looks to move away, Trifonov throws a big counter combo but Deschencko just gets out of the way.
Trifonov lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Deschencko throws a nice head kick!
Deschencko rushes Trifonov with punches - Trifonov moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Trifonov goes down! Deschencko follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
