Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Test One (ranked 2513 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Romain (ranked 24208 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Don Romain was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Romain or perhaps it was just good defense by One, which made it look bad.
One connects with a good right hand that stumbles Romain. Romain circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
One connects with a crisp jab.
One throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Romain stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Romain tries to bum rush One with a series of wild strikes but One uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Romain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. One tries to avoid it but Romain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag One to the ground. One escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
One connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Romain momentarily.
Romain takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Romain walks straight into a right hand from One - that's dropped him! One jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Romain from any more punishment! Romain complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
