Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Langstyn Gate (ranked 6397 p4p, 128 weight class) and Bus Wanker (ranked 5880 p4p, 184 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Josh West and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wanker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wanker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Gate controls Wanker momentarily but Wanker frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wanker sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Wanker won't allow Gate to get back to his feet.
Gate is trying to control the position but Wanker postures up.
Wanker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gate. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gate bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Gate shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wanker pinned against the cage. Wanker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Gate dives in for a single leg takedown but Wanker sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Gate looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wanker is fending him off so far but Gate persists. Nope, Wanker circles away and we're back to standing.

Gate shoots for a double leg takedown but Wanker sprawls well. He's pushed Gate's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Gate stops Wanker from passing to mount.
The ground and pound from Wanker seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Wanker has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Gate!

It looks like Langstyn Gate has been cut.
Wanker takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Wanker cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Langstyn Gate's cut is getting worse.
Gate is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bus Wanker has got the better of the ground game so far.

Gate sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Wanker is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gate doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wanker.

Wanker tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Gate.
Wanker looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Gate tries to get to full guard but Wanker has control of the leg.
Langstyn Gate has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Bus Wanker is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Well Wanker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
