Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between montgomery pyton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kuro Endo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Endo has chosen Name of the Game by The Crystal Method as his entrance music. montgomery pyton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pyton stuffs the takedown attempt from Endo. Endo gets slowly back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Endo. No joy for pyton on that attempt.
Endo shoots in but no luck this time.
montgomery pyton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and pyton counters with a nice double leg into side control. Endo won't be happy with that.
montgomery pyton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kuro Endo.
pyton tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
pyton is breathing heavily.
Endo manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
pyton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Endo on the ground.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Endo in particular looking to stall.

Endo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. pyton doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Endo.
Endo is controlling the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
pyton wants to get back to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Endo content to control rather than advance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kuro Endo.

Endo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so pyton is just riding it out for now. Endo eventually gives up the hold.

Endo decides to return to a standing position.

pyton feints and as Endo raises his hands in defense, pyton changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
pyton wants to control from the top but Endo keeps moving.

pyton avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Endo wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
pyton wants to stand and escape but instead Endo has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Endo passes easily into side control. Nice work.
pyton wants to get back to his feet but Endo drags him back down.
