Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Huey Gregory (ranked 8449 p4p, 0 weight class) and Real Kicker (ranked 5750 p4p, 513 weight class). Huey Gregory has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kicker throws a body punch but Gregory moves out of range.
Kicker throws a big shot that misses.
A shot to the liver by Kicker. Beautiful body shot.
A jab from Kicker does it's job there.
Gregory uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kicker.
Gregory half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Gregory slips a straight right by Kicker.
Gregory wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Kicker moves into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gregory jumps guard and drags Kicker to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Gregory throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Kicker is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Gregory will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Let's hope that Kicker has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Kicker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Kicker is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kicker controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Kicker comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kicker works Gregory's body with a nice hook.
Gregory shoots in for a takedown but Kicker shows good takedown defense.
Gregory avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Gregory moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Gregory will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
No luck for Gregory with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Huey Gregory. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kicker lands a nice looking body shot.
Gregory really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kicker takes the fight into the clinch.
Kicker lands with a short shot to the head.
Kicker scores with an uppercut up the middle.

A frustrated look appears on Gregory's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Gregory escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Real Kicker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gregory is rocked!
Kicker drops Gregory with a huge uppercut! Gregory drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Kicker is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
