Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Clifton (ranked 20492 p4p, 614 weight class) and Malcolm Kincaid (ranked 21038 p4p, 610 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Clifton enables Kincaid to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Clifton manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

We've been hearing good reports from Clifton's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Kincaid drops down looking for an ankle pick but Clifton pulls his leg out and moves away.

Clifton has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kincaid finds it's way round the side to connect with Clifton's head.

Kincaid fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Clifton looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Clifton needs to keep his hands up - Kincaid had a free shot at his head there.

I would just about give that final round to Malcolm Kincaid.
Well Kincaid has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
