Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yaqhar connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sigthordisson momentarily.
Sigthordisson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Yaqhar has Sigthordisson up against the cage in a clinch.
Still in the clinch, Sigthordisson scores with a nice short uppercut.
Yaqhar breaks from the clinch.
Sigthordisson thuds his shin into the meat of Yaqhar's side.
Yaqhar gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Yaqhar misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Sigthordisson to counter with a crisp jab.
Yaqhar tries to bum rush Sigthordisson with a series of wild strikes but Sigthordisson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A looping hook to the body misses from Yaqhar. Sigthordisson does a little dance to reset his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Yaqhar connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sigthordisson's hands.
Yaqhar will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Yaqhar walks forward, straight into a front kick from Sigthordisson.
Sigthordisson throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Yaqhar throws a series of punches but Sigthordisson avoids them all with ease.
Sigthordisson looks to land a combination. Yaqhar sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Sigthordisson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Yaqhar's calf.
Yaqhar tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sigthordisson was well out of range. Poor timing from Yaqhar.
Yaqhar misses with a body punch
and Sigthordisson counters with a thumping low kick.
Sigthordisson scores with a crisp jab that stopped Yaqhar in his tracks.
Sigthordisson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Sigthordisson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Crunch! Sigthordisson slams his shin into Yaqhar's torso.
Sigthordisson goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Yaqhar is rocked!
Yaqhar misses with an uppercut.
Yaqhar misses the shot to the body.
Yaqhar looks to land a right hand but Sigthordisson moved out of range.
Yaqhar swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Donk. Sigthordisson catches Yaqhar right on the button with a cross.
Sigthordisson scores with a push kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sigthordisson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Yaqhar misses with a straight right.
A low kick from Yaqhar is predictable there
and Sigthordisson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sigthordisson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Yaqhar but Yaqhar pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
That kick from Sigthordisson tenderised Yaqhar's leg. Yaqhar is trying to keep his angry face on.
Sigthordisson is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Yaqhar takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Sigthordisson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Sigthordisson connects with the punch.

Sigthordisson throws a front kick that sends Yaqhar stumbling back into the cage.
Yaqhar has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Sigthordisson.
Yaqhar throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sigthordisson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Yaqhar takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Yaqhar is still on wobbly legs! Can Sigthordisson finish him?
Yaqhar throws a leg kick that is checked
and Sigthordisson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Yaqhar takes one on the button.
Yaqhar gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Sigthordisson gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Yaqhar is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Magnar Sigthordisson!
