Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santa has a takedown stuffed.
De Graeff looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Santa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts De Graeff as he jumps to the side.
Santa tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
De Graeff attempts a counter takedown but Santa avoids it well and moves away.

De Graeff throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Santa was covering up waiting for the punch and De Graeff finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Santa wants to stand but De Graeff is controlling the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

De Graeff avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Santa working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. De Graeff doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. De Graeff manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
