The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mylanta displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rockwell throws out the jab.

and Mylanta counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rockwell uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mylanta.
Rockwell misses with an uppercut.
Mylanta connects with a nice looking jab.
Mylanta throws the left hand but Rockwell avoids the punch easily.
A punch combination from Rockwell misses.
Rockwell jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Rockwell ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Rockwell takes the fight into the clinch.
Mylanta is trying to break the clinch but Rockwell has him pressed against the cage.

Rockwell has his foot on Mylanta's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mylanta works his way back into a safe position though.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Rockwell is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Rockwell is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mylanta defends well.

Rockwell escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mylanta gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Rockwell has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Mylanta doesn't defend quickly enough and Rockwell has managed to lock this one up! Can Mylanta escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rockwell on a fantastic submission victory.
