The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carvallo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Bourke has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Carvallo misses with a hook to the body
and Bourke counters with a left to the body.
Bourke missing with a left hand there. Carvallo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bourke rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Carvallo counters with a nice leg kick.

Rei Bourke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Bourke. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Bourke might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Rei Bourke showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Carvallo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bourke has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bourke and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Carvallo looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Rei Bourke comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bourke has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
