Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bryan Mccullough!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shiro Kazuma!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazuma misses with a body shot.
And Mccullough counters with a quick kick to the body but Kazuma blocks it.
Mccullough takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Mccullough tries a head kick but it misses.
Kazuma wants to counter with a clinch but Mccullough pushes him away.
Kazuma moves in looking to clinch but Mccullough pushes him off.
Mccullough seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
A head kick misses from Mccullough.
Mccullough ducks under a wild hook from Kazuma.
Kazuma fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mccullough on the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mccullough tries to clinch up but Kazuma circles away and keeps his distance.
Kazuma drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Mccullough defends it well.
Kazuma avoids the head kick by Mccullough.

Mccullough thows a leg kick but Kazuma checks it

and Kazuma counters with a single leg into guard. Mccullough didn't expect that.

Kazuma tries to free his leg and advance position but Mccullough is retaining full guard.
Mccullough pulls Kazuma in close to his closed guard and prevents Kazuma from doing any damage or advancing position.

Mccullough is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Kazuma wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mccullough keeps working.

Mccullough is looking to regain half guard here but Kazuma keeps moving and retains side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Mccullough is trying to control Kazuma's posture but Kazuma avoids it.

And Kazuma tries to counter it with a takedown but Mccullough pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Mccullough really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Kazuma rushes Mccullough and presses him up against the cage.
Mccullough is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Kazuma to keep the fight standing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kazuma tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Kazuma prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bryan Mccullough. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mccullough is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Kazuma is keeping busy.

That's time! Mccullough's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Kazuma goes for a takedown in the clinch but Mccullough prevents it.
Mccullough is pressed up against the cage. Kazuma has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Mccullough down to the mat. Mccullough avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Kazuma scores with a jab. Mccullough acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Kazuma blocks a head kick by Mccullough.
Kazuma looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mccullough tries to land a leg kick but Kazuma saw it coming and moves away.
Kazuma swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Mccullough comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kazuma avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Kazuma! But no joy.

Mccullough throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kazuma avoids a kick to the body.
Kazuma is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mccullough throws a sloppy head kick and Kazuma moves out of range easily.

Kazuma takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Kazuma goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Mccullough rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Kazuma's guard! Nice work there by Mccullough!
Mccullough wants to control from the top but Kazuma keeps moving.

Mccullough slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Mccullough will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Mccullough seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kazuma for as long as he can get away with.
Mccullough is fighting to break Kazuma's control of his arms but Kazuma is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
