And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cage has managed to clinch.
Wade's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Wade missing with knees to the body.
Wade avoiding damage.
Wade tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Cage's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cage scores with a three punch combo!
Cage scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Cage shoots in looking for a takedown but Wade manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Cage's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
It looked like Wade was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Cage fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Cage tries to clinch up.
Cage lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Wilbur Wade has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A punch combination from Wade misses.
Cage moves to clinch but Wade breaks away
and Wade counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Cage lands a left and a right that send Wade crashing to the mat, dazed. Cage thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Wade is rocked!
Cage connects with a stiff jab that staggers Wade - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
