The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyer misses the shot to the body.
Moe defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Boyer.
Moe throws a counter combo.
Boyer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Moe flicks out a counter leg kick but Boyer steps away.
Boyer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Boyer stalks Moe and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Moe's face. Moe staggers backwards, shaken.
Boyer tries to clinch but Moe moves out of range.
Moe shapes to counter with a head kick.
Boyer lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Moe throws a half hearted mid kick.
Boyer wants to land a leg kick but Moe is out of range.
Boyer throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boyer looks to land a combination but Moe avoids it well.
A nice side step and Moe releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Boyer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Moe counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Boyer dives in for a single leg takedown but Moe sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Boyer wants to clinch.
Boyer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nice body kick there by Boyer.
Boyer throws a sloppy head kick and Moe moves out of range easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

and Moe counters with a single leg into guard. Boyer didn't expect that.
Moe keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Boyer's head.
Moe cracks Boyer with a solid left hand.

Boyer is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moe connects with a couple of short punches.
Oh Boyer is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moe gets to his feet and stands over Boyer, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Boyer felt that one! Moe unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Boyer from any more punishment!
