Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jay Gordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Klubber Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Klubber Lang has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jay Gordan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Klubber Lang!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Dean Styles and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gordan.
Lang throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Gordan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Gordan slips a jab and a cross from Lang.
Lang avoids the head kick by Gordan.
Klubber Lang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lang fails to land the takedown.
Lang throws a right and a left that Gordan avoids nicely.
Lang moves into the clinch successfully.
Gordan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gordan misses with a head kick.
Gordan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gordan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lang changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gordan tries to avoid it but Lang manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gordan to the ground. Gordan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gordan misses with a combination
and Lang counters by clinching up.
Lang scores with a shot to the side of Gordan's head.
Lang is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Jay Gordan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Klubber Lang.

Lang wants a takedown.
Lang is pressed up against the cage. Gordan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lang down to the mat. Lang avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Lang shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Gordan wriggles free and stands up.
Lang tries to clinch up.
Gordan throws a series of punches but Lang moves out of range.

Lang moves into range and clinches up with Gordan.
Lang prevents the takedown attempt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lang pushes Gordan back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Gordan is breathing heavily.
Lang escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lang closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Lang stops Gordan from getting back to his feet.
Lang wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gordan keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gordan pushes Lang off and gets back to his feet.
Lang tries to bum rush Gordan with a series of wild strikes but Gordan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lang swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Gordan counters with a three punch combo that has Lang backing up. Lang nods at Gordan to acknowledge the strikes.
Lang fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Left hook, right uppercut from Lang.
Lang looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gordan is fending him off so far but Lang persists. Nope, Gordan circles away and we're back to standing.
Lang throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lang shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gordan as he jumps to the side.
A combination from Gordan does no damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gordan misses with a double jab
and Lang counters with a one-two to the body.
Lang lands with a straight right. Gordan didn't see that one coming.
Lang fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
No joy there for Gordan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A head kick misses from Gordan.
Lang throws a combination that misses
and Gordan counters with a two punch combo.
Lang wants to clinch up but Gordan keeps it at a distance.
Lang misses with a double jab.
Gordan throws a body kick that misses.
Gordan throws a sloppy head kick and Lang moves out of range easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gordan throws a head kick that misses.
Lang rushes Gordan and presses him up against the cage.
Lang stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Gordan tries to pull guard but Lang won't allow it.
Lang scores with a nice hook to the head.

Lang breaks from the clinch.
Gordan misses with a combination
and Lang counters with a three punch combo that has Gordan backing up. Gordan nods at Lang to acknowledge the strikes.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Horrible takedown by Lang or perhaps it was just good defense by Gordan which made him look bad.
Lang doesn't manage to clinch there - Gordan circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Klubber Lang dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Lang Rushes Gordan and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Gordan is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Lang Piles on the pressure and Gordan crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
