Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Cassel (ranked 7293 p4p, 529 weight class) and JoJo Nnamdi (ranked 23969 p4p, 571 weight class). JoJo Nnamdi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ramon Cassel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, JoJo Nnamdi!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nnamdi misses with a leg kick.
Cassel tries to counter with a takedown but Nnamdi is quick to defend against it.
Nnamdi closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Nnamdi tries to stand and escape but Cassel actually recovers to full guard.
Cassel has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Nnamdi should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Cassel has tightened it up now! Nnamdi should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Ramon Cassel!
Ramon Cassel bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
