Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Robert Bebe (ranked 2523 p4p, 122 weight class) and Trai Prugsanapan (ranked 3790 p4p, 172 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Prugsanapan's choice of entrance music: Sarama. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Trai Prugsanapan enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bebe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Bebe goes for a double leg but Prugsanapan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Prugsanapan continues to drive forward.
Prugsanapan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bebe on the side of the head.
Horrible takedown attempt by Bebe or perhaps it was just good defense by Prugsanapan, which made it look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Bebe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fighters circling - Prugsanapan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bebe's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Prugsanapan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bebe scrambles back to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bebe tries to work over Prugsanapan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
We've been informed that Prugsanapan has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Bebe has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Prugsanapan uses from the top position.

Prugsanapan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bebe to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Prugsanapan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bebe pulls down on the head and he's put Prugsanapan to sleep! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Robert Bebe started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
