Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Raza Kiola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phobos Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raza Kiola has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phobos Carter!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Kiola does no damage.
Kiola misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Kiola gets caught flat footed, as Carter shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Kiola looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Carter throws a big right hand that misses.
Carter trying to control the position from guard on top but Kiola is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kiola is looking to stand up but Carter isn't so interested in that idea.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Carter drops back looking for a leg! Kiola is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kiola manages to kick Carter off! Carter jumps back into Kiola's guard.
Carter wants to control from the top but Kiola keeps moving.
Carter pushes down on Kiola's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Carter is controlling the pace.
Kiola tries to kick Carter off in order to stand up. Carter Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Carter throws an elbow but Kiola slips to the side and avoids it well.
Kiola is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Carter has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Carter tries for a kimura but Kiola is defending well.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kiola gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kiola wants to get back to his feet.
Carter is trying to control the action in half guard but Kiola is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Kiola pushes Carter off looking to stand but Carter dives back in and keeps control.
Carter is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Kiola tries to get to full guard but Carter has control of the leg.
Kiola is breathing heavily.
Kiola is not content to let Carter control the position.
Kiola wants to improve his position but Carter is controlling well.

Carter passes to side control.

Carter is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kiola is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Carter postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Carter in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Kiola is looking for a sweep.

Carter tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Kiola is trying to buck Carter off.
Carter misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Kiola knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carter on the ground.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Carter in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Kiola is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
