The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandez throws a hook but Anderson blocks it.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Fernandez creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Anderson pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the ropes.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fernandez seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Anderson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
