The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Haracho drives through with a takedown into guard.
Haracho trying to control but May is working from the bottom.

May has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Haracho can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Haracho trying to control the position from guard on top but May is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

May escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Haracho gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

May throws his legs up looking for a submission but Haracho uses it to pass to side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

May tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Haracho presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Haracho can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as May is looking to escape.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

May tries to improve his position but Haracho has taken his back! Haracho has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will May tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Haracho pushes May away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
