The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A nice side step and Davis releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Davis scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Brooksbank misses with a jab, cross combination.
Brooksbank tries a head kick but it misses.
Good standup being displayed there by Davis as he connects with a hook.
Brooksbank gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

The fighters circle momentarily. Davis darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A looping hook to the body misses from Brooksbank. Davis does a little dance to reset his feet.
Davis throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Brooksbank crashing down! Brooksbank tries to stagger back to his feet but Davis just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Brooksbank asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Jonathan Davis spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
