PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randall Theodoros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Morison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Theodoros kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is When Worlds Collide. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Theodoros tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Morison has closed the distance and engaged Theodoros in a clinch.
Morison tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Theodoros just stands there and leans against the cage.

Theodoros throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Morison's waist but Morison gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Theodoros off to one side.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Theodoros postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Morison looks a forlorn figure.
Theodoros wants to control the pace but Morison is squirming around nicely.

Theodoros has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Morison's body.

Theodoros lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Theodoros takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
