The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Moretti to score with a decent uppercut.
No joy there for Moretti, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ryan tries to clinch up but Moretti circles away and keeps his distance.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ryan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Ryan pushes Moretti up against the cage in a clinch.
Ryan looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Ryan lands an elbow that stopped Moretti in his tracks for a moment.
Ryan throws an elbow but it misses.
Ryan prevents Moretti from breaking the clinch.
Ryan tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Ryan misses with a short punch on the inside.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Ryan.
Moretti wants to get back to striking at distance but Ryan won't allow it.

Ryan throws an elbow that misses.
Ryan pushes off an throws an elbow but Moretti leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Moretti is working Ryan over against the cage.
Moretti wants a takedown.
Ryan has a couple of punches blocked by Moretti.
Ryan throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Moretti is trying to trip Ryan. He has hold of a leg but Ryan is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Moretti persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Ryan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Moretti doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Ryan is tightening it up a little... Moretti has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Moretti reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Moretti taps out! nice BJJ there by Ryan!
