Tapia throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tapia shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Tapia was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Tapia trying to control the action but Suthern is working from the bottom.
Tapia has hold of Suthern 's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Suthern tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Tapia cranks the arm and Suthern screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Suthern , who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
