The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James shoots in for a double leg but Grant sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
James shoots in for a takedown but Grant shows good takedown defense.
James pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Grant misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
James throws a series of punches but Grant avoids them all with ease.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from James.

and Grant counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

James is looking to clinch but Grant is avoiding it.

Grant looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but James is defending well. Grant quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! James has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Grant celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
