The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beeker Jr dives in and grabs Kadmon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kadmon pushes down on Beeker Jr's head and hops out.
Beeker Jr fails with the takedown
and Kadmon makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Beeker Jr has a takedown stuffed.
Adam Kadmon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Beeker Jr.
Kadmon stalks Beeker Jr and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Beeker Jr's face. Beeker Jr staggers backwards, shaken.
Beeker Jr drops his hands momentarily and Kadmon takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Kadmon lands a nice shot that snaps Beeker Jr's head back.
Beeker Jr shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kadmon defends it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Beeker Jr tries to move to mount but Kadmon blocks the move with his legs.

Kadmon is not content to let Beeker Jr control the position.
Kadmon avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Beeker Jr.
Beeker Jr has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Kadmon tries to hold on but Beeker Jr pushes him away.

Kadmon defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Beeker Jr.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Beeker Jr tries to control but Kadmon wriggling away.
Beeker Jr is looking to work his way around to Kadmon's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Kadmon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Beeker Jr on the ground.
