Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Myles Storm (ranked 4558 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cicero Dos Santos (ranked 7779 p4p, 216 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Cicero Dos Santos!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos has a takedown stuffed.
Dos Santos tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Storm defends well and Dos Santos ends up having to push Storm into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Storm feints and as Dos Santos raises his hands in defense, Storm changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Storm bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Storm swings around for an armbar but Dos Santos sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Storm's guard.

Myles Storm is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
You can see the frustration on Dos Santos's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Storm seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Storm, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
