Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Galen Dall (ranked 97 p4p, 11 weight class) and Shogun Iron Tyson (ranked 112 p4p, 16 weight class). Dall's entrance music is Red - Already Over. A fine choice. Iron Tyson has chosen Slaughterouse - Party as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dall fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Iron Tyson manages to avoid it.
Dall with a hook.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dall. Iron Tyson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Iron Tyson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Iron Tyson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Shogun Iron Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Iron Tyson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Dall displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Iron Tyson throws out the jab.
Dall uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Iron Tyson has time to react.

Dall changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

and Iron Tyson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dall thinking.
Dall misses with a takedown attempt - Iron Tyson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

A left and a right from Iron Tyson both land. Nice combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Iron Tyson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Dall under the eye.
Dall feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Iron Tyson's calf.
Iron Tyson moves out of range of the body kick from Dall.
Iron Tyson let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Dall throws a chopping leg kick but Iron Tyson manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Dall fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Dall manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Iron Tyson on his heels. He'll look to pass Iron Tyson's guard now, I'm sure.

Dall slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Dall will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Dall wants to lay and pray for a moment but Iron Tyson keeps working.

Dall working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Iron Tyson is trying to get back to half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Dall tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dall has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Iron Tyson is looking for a sweep.
Iron Tyson is not content to let Dall control the position.
Iron Tyson prevents Dall from improving position.
Iron Tyson can't do much from the bottom here.
Iron Tyson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dall haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

That was a close round but I would say that Galen Dall will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

A punch lands to the side of Iron Tyson 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Iron Tyson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Dall throws a nice inside leg kick.
Iron Tyson throws a hook to the side of Dall's head but Dall sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dall wants to take a breather but Iron Tyson is having none of it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

A very excited looking Galen Dall rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
