Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mee Vattalles (ranked 1932 p4p, 213 weight class) and Tommy Ebbitt (ranked 2326 p4p, 241 weight class). Vattalles comes to the cage accompanied by JVG - Matti & Teppo . Ebbitt is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by DMX-Ain't No Sunshine. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vattalles feints and as Ebbitt raises his hands in defense, Vattalles changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Vattalles stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ebbitt swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ebbitt looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Vattalles puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Vattalles has hold of Ebbitt's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ebbitt manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Ebbitt is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Vattalles locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Ebbitt is forced to tap!

In his post fight interview, Mee Vattalles started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Tommy Ebbitt was interviewed post fight and said 'i'll be back, we all win, We all lose. Its how you respond that matters...I need to spend time with my kids, get wasted and get in the gym'.
