The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Granger misses with a jab, cross combination.
Baltzar throws a quick counter head kick but Granger was just out of range.
Baltzar tries to clinch but Granger is having none of it.
Granger throws a hook but Baltzar avoids it easily.

Baltzar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Granger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Granger wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Granger cracks a nice hook into Baltzar's ribs.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Baltzar gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Granger gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
