Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Benito Massi (ranked 1862 p4p, 219 weight class) and Great Tiger (ranked 3451 p4p, 355 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiger lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Massi throws an overhand right that lands on Tiger's shoulder, as Tiger tries to avoid the shot.

Massi's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've been told by Massi's head coaches at Fit-Out that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Massi crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tiger - the referee stops the clock and Massi gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tiger. Massi manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Tiger feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Massis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Tiger lands with a kick to the temple. Massi shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tiger dips a shoulder and cracks Massi with a mighty uppercut! Massi falls back against the cage and Tiger unloads with a barrage of strikes! Massi is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Tiger screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

A relieved looking Great Tiger thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
