PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 4952 p4p, 473 weight class) and Chuck Norris (ranked 3669 p4p, 383 weight class). Jones kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Coming home. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris misses with a hook. Jones ducked under it nicely.
Jones takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Norris throws a shot to the body.
Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Norris.
Jones looks to land a combination but Norris avoids it well.
Norris looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Jones slips under a jab.
Jones looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
A chopping leg kick lands by Jones .
Jones throws a left and a right that both miss
and Norris counters with a stiff right hand.

Norris cracks Jones with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Norris has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Jones to stand back up!

Jones is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Norris shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Jones takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Norris sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Jones bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
