The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moses gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Takanaga pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Moses is keeping the position for now.
Takanaga lands a couple of digs.
Moses preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Takanaga tries to free his leg and advance position but Moses is retaining full guard.
Takanaga throws a strike but Moses rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Takanaga is controlling Moses's posture.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moses trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Moses won't allow Takanaga to sweep him here.

Takanaga is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Moses has his hands clasped together but Takanaga extends and breaks Moses's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Takanaga.
