The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Trenton Grechov will probably get the nod.

Grechov sends Gibson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Grechov is motioning to the referee to let Gibson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Grechov lands a big uppercut and Gibson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gibson looks OK. Grechov waves Gibson back to his feet!

That has opened up Rodney Gibson's cut even more.

and Grechov counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Gibson badly! Grechov follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Gibson out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Grechov finished him against the cage.
