Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Soylent Green (ranked 401 p4p, 60 weight class) and Sesto D Ippolito (ranked 992 p4p, 125 weight class). D Ippolito has chosen Squeeze- Cool for Cats as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Sesto D Ippolito enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sesto D Ippolito!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but D Ippolito moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Green gets cracked with a nice right hand there by D Ippolito.
Green bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Green throws a nice outside leg kick.
D Ippolito throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
D Ippolito lands a slapping body shot.
D Ippolito lands an overhand right.
Green looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
D Ippolito avoids a kick to the body.
Green tries to close the distance and clinch but D Ippolito swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Green feints and then cracks D Ippolito's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow D Ippolito down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
D Ippolito shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Green as he jumps to the side.
Green connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Sesto D Ippolito seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
D Ippolito takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
D Ippolito is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Green is stalking D Ippolito. D Ippolito circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Green, and it's lights out! D Ippolito really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Soylent Green!
