Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sake Chu (ranked 3879 p4p, 135 weight class) and Giuseppe Healy (ranked 3919 p4p, 141 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Daughtry - Renegade. Sake Chu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chu walks into a stiff left hand from Healy.
Healy lands with a good body shot.
Healy lands a nice shot that snaps Chu's head back.
Chu ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Chu misses with a lunging right hand
and Healy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

I was talking to Chu's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Chu.

Chu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Healy throws a big shot that misses.

Healy lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Chu sprawling to the canvas. Healy follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Chu hang on?

Chu wants to hold on but Healy pushes him away.
Chu seems to have got his legs back now.

Healy jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Chu manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Healy is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Chu is trying to escape and Healy transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Chu is forced to tap! Nice work there by Healy! Very nice indeed!
