PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nose Candy (ranked 5523 p4p, 0 weight class) and David McYntyre (ranked 7887 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that David McYntyre was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nose Candy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David McYntyre!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Candy throws a hook to the side of McYntyre's head but McYntyre sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McYntyre shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Candy defends it nicely.
McYntyre misses with a takedown attempt
and Candy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
McYntyre takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
The crowd cheers as Candy lands an impressive looking overhand right. McYntyre doesn't seem phased though.
McYntyre's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Candy connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McYntyre scrambles back to his feet.
McYntyre shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Candy counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
