Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Richter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nelson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Nelson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Richter is looking for a sweep.
Richter seems a little lost for a moment, as Nelson dominates the positioning.
Richter is trying to control Nelson's posture but Nelson avoids it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

An inside leg kick lands from Richter.

Nelson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dirk Richter will probably get the nod.
