Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muller shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hatton's guard.
Muller prevents Hatton from getting back to his feet.
Hatton controls Muller momentarily but Muller frees himself.
Hatton wants to sweep but no luck.
Hatton has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Muller has passed into side control.
Hatton wants to control but Muller postures up.
Muller controlling the position from side mount.
Hatton tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Hatton is trying to control Muller's posture but Muller avoids it.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Hatton bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Hatton gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Muller counters by moving into the clinch.
Hatton tries to stall but Muller uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Hatton decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

and Muller decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hatton's guard.
Hatton is breathing heavily.
Hatton is striking off his back. Muller thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Muller stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Hatton moves out of range of the strikes.

Muller decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hatton is trying to maintain the position but Muller is very close to passing his half guard.
Still in half guard, Muller seems content to control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Muller is trying to work for a kimura but Hatton is defending well.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Despite being in the dominant position, Andreas Muller just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Muller counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Hatton is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Muller lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Muller is putting a hurting on Hatton here, landing some big shots from side control.
Hatton takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Muller in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Hatton is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
