The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McStafferson dives in and scores a takedown into Kilbach's guard.
McStafferson wants to pass the guard but Kilbach is keeping the position.
McStafferson trying to control but Kilbach is working from the bottom.

McStafferson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
McStafferson throwing strikes but missing.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McStafferson is trying to work for a kimura but Kilbach is defending well.

McStafferson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kilbach can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

McStafferson swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
