Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Skrarski (ranked 2248 p4p, 113 weight class) and John Smith (ranked 432 p4p, 28 weight class). Smith has chosen Song 2 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Smith!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith scores with a jab.
Smith misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Skrarski gets the takedown into side control.
Smith taking punishment in the form of punches.
Skrarski wants to control but Smith is keeping him busy.
Skrarski with the ground and pound but Smith regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Skrarski throwing shots but Smith is blocking nicely.
Smith wants to control but Skrarski is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Skrarski looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Smith with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Skrarski not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Skrarski is stalling here. Smith is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Skrarski seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Smith has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Smith has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Skrarski looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Smith!
Skrarski throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Skrarski throws a strike aimed at the side of Smith's head but Smith avoids it well.
Smith tries to escape but Skrarski is in control.
Skrarski has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Smith!
Smith looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Skrarski tries to control but Smith wriggling away.
Smith is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Smith is looking to get to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Skrarski working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Skrarski lands a big shot there that rocks Smith but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Smith avoids a series of strikes thrown by Skrarski.
Skrarski postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Smith in real trouble here! The ref calls for Smith to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
