The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Kudda misses
and Borrego connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Borrego swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Borrego lands a nice shot to the body.

Borrego misses with a hook
and Kudda counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kudda dodges the punch combination from Borrego.
Kudda takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Borrego misses the jab.

and Borrego counters with a straight right hand.
A telegraphed right hand from Kudda misses the target.
Kudda definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Borrego dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Borrego has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Borrego fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kudda looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Borrego throws a hook but Kudda avoids it easily.
Kudda walks into a stiff left hand from Borrego.
Borrego moves away from the strike by Kudda .
Kudda throws a body shot but no joy.
Kudda showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Borrego.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Kudda is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Borrego lands with an uppercut that bounces Kudda off the cage and back into range.

It looks like Armaedon Kudda has been cut.
Kudda throws a hook to the side of Borrego's head but Borrego sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Borrego throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kudda on the side of the head.
Kudda takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A big right from Kudda misses.
Borrego is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kudda had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Kudda takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Borrego will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kudda is looking to counter the offense by Borrego and move into the clinch.
Borrego scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kudda in his tracks.

Borrego smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

and Borrego counters with a crisp right that sends Kudda to the canvas! Borrego follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
