Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wilton Trevino (ranked 7578 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Razor (ranked 5328 p4p, 0 weight class). Oleg Razor will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Trevino.

Razor moves into range and clinches up with Trevino.
Trevino stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

A left hand lands to the body for Razor.
Trevino tries a body shot but Razor blocks it.

Razor blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Razor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Trevino swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Trevino is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Razor is keeping busy.

Trevino jumps guard but Razor stands there with Trevino around his waist. Trevino gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Razor's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Razor has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Trevino uses from the top position.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Razor wants to sweep but no luck.

Razor avoids the head kick by Trevino.
Razor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Trevino as he avoids it easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Trevino throws a counter high kick but Razor was just alert enough to avoid it.

Trevino is looking to stand up but Razor won't let him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Razor looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Trevino has picked Razor up and slammed him! Razor can't keep hold of the triangle and Trevino manages to pass to side control!

Trevino is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Razor has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Razor stalks Trevino and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Trevino's face. Trevino staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Wilton Trevino has been cut.
Razor will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Razor tries to clinch up but Trevino circles away and keeps his distance.
Razor throws a combination. Trevino tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Oh Trevino is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Trevino thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Razor's head.
Razor flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Razor is trying to escape back to his feet but Trevino uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Razor is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Trevino thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
