Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rab Nesbitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Posey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nesbitt comes to the cage accompanied by Rab.C.Nesbitt Theme. Josh Posey told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nesbitt slips under a jab.
A punch combination from Posey misses.
Nesbitt moves in looking to clinch but Posey pushes him off.
Posey tries to clinch but Nesbitt moves out of range.
Posey misses with a wild combination.
Posey lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Posey loads up on a big right hand but Nesbitt slips the punch.
Nesbitt tries to clinch up.
Nesbitt slips a jab and a cross from Posey.
Posey throws a series of punches but Nesbitt moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nesbitt throws a body punch but Posey moves out of range.

Josh Posey is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Posey moves into the clinch successfully.
Nesbitt jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Posey walks away with a smile on his face. Nesbitt gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Nesbitt fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nesbitt keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Posey throws a hook but Nesbitt avoids it easily.

Nesbitt looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Posey!

Nesbitt has control of Posey's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Posey regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nesbitt seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Posey's chin but Posey turns very nicely into Nesbitt's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Posey.
