Tong is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Ben Tong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tong on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Penn. Penn obviously looking to wear him down.
Tong is breathing heavily.
A solid leg kick lands there for Penn.
Tong shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Penn counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Penn cracks Tong with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Ben Tong has been cut.
Penn sends Tong crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Penn is motioning to the referee to let Tong up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Tong is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
An inside leg kick lands from Penn.
Oh Tong is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Penn chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Penn fakes the body blow, causing Tong to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Tong goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Steel Penn!
After winning the bout, Steel Penn thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
